However, your satisfaction is our priority: if something isn't right, just let us know, and we'll do our best to make it right with our 30-day fit guarantee return policy.
How Returns or Remakes Work
- Free Returns: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your product for any reason. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Custom Fit Guarantee: Every Walking On Air Shoe is custom fitted to your feet. If it doesn't feel right, we will remake it for free. The old pair will be donated, or the materials will be recycled.
- Defective Items: If you receive the wrong or a defective item, contact our support team. We'll arrange an exchange or remake as needed.
- Condition: We encourage you to wear your Walking On Air Shoes during the 30 days of your return policy window. We accept all returns from lightly used wear.
- Refunds: Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method or as store credit, whichever you prefer.
