Our Returns Policy

At WOA, we design every shoe to fit you perfectly — eliminating the need for returning. Each pair is hand-made to be custom fitted to your exact feet measurements, so we generally don’t accept standard returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority: if something isn’t right, just let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right​ with our 30 day fit guarantee return policy.

How Returns or Remakes Work

  • Custom Fit Guarantee: Every WOA shoe is handmade to custom fit your feet. If it doesn't feel right we will remake it for free. The old pair will be donated or the materials will be recycled.
  • Exceptional Cases: If you receive the wrong or a defective item, contact our support team. We’ll arrange an exchange or remake as needed.
  • Free Returns: For approved returns, WOA provides prepaid return shipping labels​  woashoes.com
  • Condition: Items must be unworn and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Refunds: Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method or as store credit, whichever you prefer.
