HOW IT WORKS
STEP ONE
After purchasing, visit "Your Orders" underneath your account drop-down in our navigation. Click on the order you just placed.
STEP TWO
Find the "SCAN NOW" Button to begin the scanning experience. If you are using a desktop, you will receive a QR code to scan with your mobile device.
STEP THREE
Using your mobile phone, complete the instructional screens and ensure you follow the instructions. Once at the scan page, scan your feet using your phone, and you will be redirected back to the product page.
STEP FOUR
After a successful scan, you can review your measurements. Once you click continue, you enter your name tag for the items, and then you are finished.
STEP FIVE
We have your order and it will be added to our production. We build our shoes in batches to give you the lowest price. You can see the status anytime with the "ORDER PROCESS" stage. You will also receive a series of emails notifying you the status of your order.
